The Mining Association of Canada (MAC)
Since 1935, the Mining Association of Canada (MAC) has been the national voice of the Canadian mining industry. Working alongside its members, MAC promotes the industry nationally and internationally, works with governments on policies affecting the sector and educates the public on the value mining brings to the economy and the daily life of Canadians.
The Mining Industry Human Resources Council (MiHR)
As a not-for-profit organization, MiHR’s mandate is to identify and address the HR and labour market challenges facing the Canadian minerals and metals sector. MiHR collaborates with mining and exploration companies, organized labour, contractors, educational institutions, industry associations and Aboriginal groups.
Young Mining Professionals (YMP)

Young Mining Professionals (YMP) is a growing international association of mining professionals based in Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal and London that share the goal of advancing the global profile and leadership of the mining and exploration industry. YMP was established to assist participants in obtaining the skills, support and knowledge to successfully advance their careers, develop a network of contacts within the industry, and identify career and mining-related investment opportunities. YMP facilitates these objectives through topical networking, guest speakers and social events organized through the year.

International Women in Mining (IWiM)
IWiM currently has 9,900+ members from over 100 countries. IWiM connects with and supports 50+ WIM groups around the world. IWiM aims to implement initiatives that improve worldwide gender balance in the mining industry, and foster the professional development of women in mining.
